The taffeta has a subtle sheen that photographs way better than I expected, and the white rose color is a true soft white, not yellowed at all. For a clearout price I figured the boning would poke, but the 20 spiral steel stays actually flex with me when I sit.
I was worried 20 spiral steel stays would feel stiff, but this thing bends with me when I sit and still holds its shape. Wore it under a dress for a full evening and barely noticed it was there.
Snug enough to actually shape the waist, though the taffeta rustles a bit under a thin dress. The 20 spiral steel stays bend with me when I sit, which I didn't expect at this price.
